Large 3 meter Bleached Oak and Chestnut Refectory Table

Mid century 3 meter refectory table, oak & chestnut.
This sturdy table came from the La Mairie, Hôtel de Ville de Fougères.
Made in the 50’s it would have been used in wedding receptions for the last 70 years.
Now replaced by modern fold away Formica jobs I expect!
The table has been scrubbed back and bleached with a light wax.
